1. What exactly do your services include?

At Pouyan Amini Group, we provide consulting, implementation, sales psychology, data analysis, marketing optimization, strategy development, and professional networking services in a step-by-step and structured manner, with the aim of realizing sales and business systemization.

2. What types of businesses can use your services?

All businesses, from startups and start-ups to large organizations, can benefit from our services. We have a variety of packages designed for every level.

3. Are your services limited to Iran?

No. Some of our services, especially at the Diamond level, include international marketing, networking and DPA and are designed to be present in global markets. We currently have dear friends from European countries, North America, Australia, Russia and China who benefit from our services.

4. Are the services monthly?

Pricing is shown on a monthly basis, but purchase periods are typically 3 months or longer. At more professional levels, the minimum collaboration period is 6 or 12 months.

5. Do you have a money-back guarantee?

At basic levels, there is the possibility of canceling and stopping cooperation with prior notice. However, in professional services with a specific performance contract, guarantees are provided in the form of specific and agreed-upon results.

6. How exactly do you "guaranteed" increase sales?

We use a combination of customer behavior analysis, behavioral testing, sales psychology, and automation tools. This multifaceted model makes decisions based on real data, not guesswork.

7. Is system building possible in my business?

Yes. In all packages, part of the work is dedicated to designing and implementing internal systems (sales process, customer communication, follow-up, reporting, etc.) so that the business's "sales wheel" turns without dependence on individuals.

8. How do I use the initial consultation?

9. Can I customize my package?

Yes. We have the ability to create custom packages, especially at the Gold and Diamond levels. An implementation plan will be proposed based on your needs, team, and budget.

10. How is customer behavior analysis service different from CRM?

While CRM only stores recorded behaviors, we also extract and model customers' hidden needs and motivations with behavioral analysis algorithms.

11. In social marketing models, how long does it take to see results?

In social psychology and customer siege models, it usually takes between 2 and 4 months to establish a pattern and create a change in customer behavior.

12. Will our company's employees be involved in the implementation processes?

Yes. In Gold and Diamond services, your team members are assessed, trained, and directly involved in parts of the implementation.

13. Are you just improving sales or are you also changing the organizational structure?

At more advanced levels, we also examine and modify human resource structures, organizational behavior, internal culture, and managerial performance.

14. What exactly do networking services include?

We create a platform for multi-faceted growth by building targeted B2B relationships, collaborating with key partners, business intermediaries, international partnerships, and trust-based communications.

15. Do you also provide training?

Yes. During the collaboration, dedicated training (behavioral, systemic, sales, management) will be provided to your team in the form of workshops or online.

16. Are consultations in person or online?

Both are possible. Depending on the package level and type of collaboration, in-person meetings, organizational visits, or online meetings can be arranged.

17. Does my business have to be active to work with you?

Not necessarily. We also have a growth and test market program for startups in the idea stage, especially in the bronze and silver models.

18. Do you also provide branding and marketing services?

Yes. We design comprehensive branding packages for you, working with partners specializing in branding, UI/UX, content production, and PR.

19. What tools do you use for analysis and execution?

We use behavioral analysis tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics), relationship management (Hubspot, Zoho), marketing automation (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign), and proprietary platforms.

20. When should we not use your services?

These services will not work if your organization is unwilling to embrace fundamental change, data transparency, or team engagement. Success in this model requires your active involvement.
